At Reclaim54, every item is made to order and printed specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, our returns and refunds policy differs from traditional retail. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
1. Made-to-Order Items
Because all Reclaim54 products are custom-printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including situations where:
- You ordered the wrong size (please check the size guide on each product listing carefully before purchasing)
- You have changed your mind about the product
- The item is no longer wanted as a gift
We encourage you to review product descriptions, size charts, and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us at hello@reclaim54.com and we’ll be happy to help.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives in any of the following conditions, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you:
- The item is damaged in transit
- The item has a manufacturing defect (e.g. poor print quality, stitching issues)
- The wrong item or design was sent
- The item is significantly different from what was shown in the product listing
How to make a claim
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@reclaim54.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement item at no charge, or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.
3. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking has stalled for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
Reclaim54 is not liable for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address when ordering.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
5. Etsy Orders
Orders placed through our Etsy shop are subject to both this policy and Etsy’s own buyer and seller policies. In the event of a dispute, Etsy’s Resolution Centre may also be used. We always aim to resolve any issue directly and promptly.
