We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and sizing information on our website are accurate. However, colours may appear differently on different screens, and slight variations between product images and the physical product are possible due to the nature of print-on-demand production.
We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through reclaim54.com, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is submitted to production.
Pricing
All prices on reclaim54.com are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer and may be applied at checkout or upon delivery depending on your location.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All Reclaim54 products are made to order and produced by our print-on-demand partner, Printify, using print providers based within the USA.
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- Standard US delivery: 3–7 business days after production
- Total estimated time: 5–12 business days from order to delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Reclaim54 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to address errors.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Please refer to our full Refunds & Returns Policy for complete details. In summary:
- We do not accept change-of-mind returns on made-to-order items
- We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted to production. If you believe you have made an error in your order, please contact us immediately at hello@reclaim54.com and we will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.

All designs, artwork, graphics, text, logos, and content on reclaim54.com are the intellectual property of Reclaim54 or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
